Order Processing
You can decide when you want us to ship your medals. You may choose "no completion, no medal", in which case we will not ship your medal until you have completed your race/challenge. Alternatively, you can also ask us to ship your medal at the first available time regardless of your race/challenge completion status. You may make your choice at registration checkout. Keep in mind that if you select "Ship medal only upon completion" but do not complete your race/challenge, we will not ship your medal.
Due to lengthy international shipping duration (7-20 business days) and even more prolonged duration due to COVID-19, the estimated time for medals to arrive can be quite long. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Address
A correct shipping address is essential for delivering. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Please check carefully and confirm your shipping address before submitting an order. If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@mypacer.com within 24 hours of submission, we will do our best to support your request.
If the delivery of your package fails due to our operation, your package will be re-shipped. It takes longer than usual for delivery due to COVID-19, and the local post office may deliver your package to your door, your mailbox, or pick up points. Please keep an eye on the tracking status after your order is shipped out.
Shipping Time
We ship to most of the countries in the world. On average it takes 7-25 business days shipping from US & China warehouses, but it varies by addresses. Below are the estimated shipping times for different countries and regions. During the quarantine of COVID-19, shipping could take longer than usual.

Order Tracking
You will receive the tracking information by email once the order is shipped. Please note it usually takes 3-4 business days for the carrier to update information online. If the carrier reported unsuccessful delivery, we will email you for re-delivery.
Please contact us within 2 months if you don’t receive the order, our support team will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
About Customs Tax
Normally customers will not be charged any additional fees via regular mail. However, customs tax may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Pacer is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products.
