Pacer Virtual Challenges

The registration price includes access to the digital experience for your chosen challenge and the finisher medal. Note that additional tax may apply for some regions.

You don’t need to upgrade to Pacer Premium Membership as the registration code you purchased unlocks everything you need for the challenge. When you are prompted with the "Premium Upsell" screen, it's totally up to you whether to skip it or to upgrade.

We welcome entries from all over the world, and we offer global shipping for medals and apparel. However, there are a few countries where we currently face delivery restrictions due to various international regulations and operational challenges.

All types of distance-based exercises can be counted towards the challenge: walking, running, cycling, kayaking, wheelchair, or any exercise you do. The Pacer app also allows you to manually input activities so you may convert any sports into distance-based activities.

At the time of registration checkout, you have the flexibility to specify when you'd like your medal shipped. The options available are "Ship medal only upon completion" or "Ship immediately after registration."

If you find yourself unable to complete the challenge within the designated timeframe, we're here to assist by either extending your end date or providing a new join code for another attempt.

The join code does not expire; you can keep it until you are ready to use it.

We offer the choice to complete the challenge without receiving a medal. Simply download Pacer, become a Pacer Premium member, and you'll be able to participate in all adventure challenges medal-free. We also provide a 7-day free trial.

Pacer challenges are flexible and can be completed at your convenience. You have the freedom to decide when to start and set your own pace to complete it. The duration can be customized to a maximum of 365 days upon entry. For routes exceeding 500 km, you can extend this period up to three years.

Upon completing your payment, you'll be sent an email containing your registration code(s) along with comprehensive instructions. Simply download the Pacer App, input your join code, and start enjoying your challenge.

To submit your distance, you may use one or multiple of the methods below:

Medals will be sent out within a week after payment or race/challenge completion depending on which preference you selected at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. It usually takes 7-20 business days to deliver depending on your shipping address.

Virtual challenges and races have different rules that are easy to understand.

A "virtual challenge" is a cumulated-distance challenge, aiming for a long distance, often more than 21 km, up to more than 3000 km. On the other hand, a "virtual race" is about completing a distance in one go, usually between 3 km to 21 km.
