Refund policy
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do this, use the "Withdraw from the contract here" link in our footer, or contact us at support@mypacer.com with your name and order number — we'll email you a confirmation. Where withdrawal applies, you'll receive a refund of the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of us receiving your notice. You will need to return the item, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, or proof that you have sent it back. Some products may be exempt under applicable law.
For all other cases, the following applies. In most cases we do not offer refunds for sold challenge entries, though in special circumstances a refund request can be made by contacting us. If accepted, your refund may have processing or management fees deducted, including (but not limited to) credit card processing fees, Apple/Play Store fees, and international shipping fees.
We offer a replacement medal for free if the item is damaged or defective. Any refund request for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 1 week of receiving the medal. For package loss, all claims must be submitted no later than 6 weeks after the dispatch date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
