How it works

Once you complete the purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the card number;

They can pick a challenge https://adventure.mypacer.com/, and checkout using the card number. The price will be deducted by whatever the amount you purchased;

They will receive Registration Code via email and start their challenge journey!
Dear customers,
The EU is going to change tax laws for selling to EU member states starting from July 1st, 2021. The new rules require Pacer as an importer to complete the EU VAT registration and get its IOSS (Import One-Stop-Shop) number. Though we have begun the process months ago, it may take several more weeks due to the many businesses in line. Don't worry, you're still able to register virtual challenge with us as usual. Just a few things to keep in mind:
1.The following orders may take longer to ship due to the custom clearance procedure:
-All orders that have the newest Paris virtual challenge;
-Future orders starting from today until Pacer completes IOSS registration;
2 You will need to pay the VAT and usually a customs clearance fee charged by the carrier upon delivery.
Once the IOSS registration is completed, Pacer will collect the VAT right at checkout and pay to the TAX authority. By then you no longer need to pay any to the carrier and the shipping time will go back to normal.

What’s included in the cost?
The registration price includes access to the whole digital experience for your chosen challenge and the finisher medal. Note that additional tax may apply for some region.
You don’t have to upgrade to Pacer Premium Membership as the registration code you purchased unlocks everything you need for the challenge. When you are prompted with the ""Premium Upsell"" screen, it's totally up to you whether to skip it or to upgrade.
Which countries do you accept registration from?
Anywhere! That's the point of being virtual right? You can literally join us from any place in the world and get to crush your goal to win the medal.
What types of exercise count?
All types of distance-based exercises can be counted towards the challenge: walk, run, cycling, kayak, wheelchair, or any exercises you do. Pacer app also allows you to manually input activities so you may convert any sports into distance-based activities.
What’s the time frame for a challenge?
Anytime! Pacer challenges are designed so everyone can participate according to their own schedule and fitness level. You get to choose when to start the challenge and how long you have to finish it. You can customize the duration to up to 360 days while you enter.
How do I access the challenge once I've registered?
After payment, you will receive your registration code(s) via email. Download Pacer App and enter the code in the app either at welcome screen or at the home page, then you will see the chosen challenge. There will be detailed instructions also in the confirmation email you received.
How do I submit distance towards my challenge?
To submit your distance, you may use one or multiple of the methods below:
1.
Let Pacer app automatically track your 24x7 daily steps;
2.
Use Pacer app to record your GPS activities such as running or cycling;
3.
Manually input activities in Pacer app;
4.
Connect Pacer app with supported wearable devices/apps and sync over the distance from exercises;
